Personal injury law firm seeks assistant to oversee personal injury cases in pre-litigation AND litigation.Duties to include but are not limited to:-drafting personal injury client demand packets-requesting medical records-organizing and overseeing client files-investigating claims-corresponding with clients and carriers-drafting petitions, discovery and motions-screening possible new personal injury casesSome litigation experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus. Starting rate $15.00-29.00 per hour plus discretionary bonus OR negotiable depending on legal experience. Available 4-6 days per week; 30-45 hours a week. Law firm is small and growing and anticipates that responsibilities and pay will increase.Will consider a 1-6 month working interview and assessment with the right candidate.
