About the Role:We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling skills, and proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital, print, and social media platforms. This is an on-site position for candidates available to join immediately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design visually compelling creatives for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.</li><li>Conceptualize and produce high-quality videos for marketing, promotions, events, and brand storytelling.</li><li>Edit and enhance raw video footage, add graphics, animations, sound effects, and background scores.</li><li>Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and project requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.</li><li>Adapt designs and videos for various formats (landscape, square, vertical) suitable for different platforms.</li><li>Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; knowledge of InDesign is a plus).</li><li>Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience in video shooting (camera handling, framing, lighting) is an added advantage.</li><li>Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think out of the box.</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design and video Editing, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing design and video work is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)</li><li>Joining: Immediate</li><li>Location: South Kolkata</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Saturday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
