Maintaining Tally<ul><li>Entering Inward and Outward transactions in Tally under CA guidance.</li><li>Includes entries for Sales, Purchase, JV, Cash, Salary, and Expenses.</li></ul>2. Maintaining Expenses<ul><li>Verifying and approving expenses as per limits set for individuals (e.g., Petrol, Tour expenses).</li></ul>3. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Keeping statutory data updated for - GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.</li><li>Compliance as per CA instructions and timelines.</li></ul>4. Coordination with CA and Bank<ul><li>Finalizing monthly and yearly accounts in coordination with CA.</li><li>Visiting bank for various tasks like BG (Bank Guarantee) work , Payments and other requirements.</li></ul>5. Documentation<ul><li>Maintaining and updating accounting files.</li><li>Preparing and storing relevant documentation.</li></ul>6. Payment<ul><li>Maintaining debtor and creditor records.</li><li>Communicating and following up with concerned parties regarding payments.</li><li>Salary &amp; Reimbursmnets</li></ul>7.
