<div>Concierge Security Officer-(Near O'hare Airport) 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
The Concierge responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors of the high rise residential properties.</li><li>
Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.</li><li>
Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.</li><li>
Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.</li><li>
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.</li><li>
Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.</li><li>
Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 4 years of exceptional customer experience.</li><li>
Preferred residential experience.</li><li>
ACTIVE PERC Card.</li><li>
Basic 20 Hour certificate.</li><li>
Ability to walk up to 2 miles per shift.</li><li>
Problem solving to customer service delivery with vendors, residents, guests.</li><li>
Experience collaborating with many teams across the community to deliver exceptional customer service.</li><li>
Excellent proficiency in professional communications; phone, in writing, and in person.</li><li>
Computer proficiency: experience with online management tools for Key Control, closed circuit camera view and review systems, Outlook for email and calendaring, Building Link experience preferred. Salient experience is a plus.</li><li>
Must be a Self starter, Accountability for Daily Tasks, Attention to Detail, Ability to patrol property exterior at night, independently.</li></ul>

Schedule: Saturday &amp; Sunday ONLY 6am -6pm
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for observing a large number of cameras while multi-tasking.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, alarms, notifications, emails, and calls for service in a professional and customer-friendly manner.</li><li>
Manage alarm, communications, reporting, video management, and access control functions at multiple locations using a variety of software programs.</li><li>
Process, forward and log information from incoming calls and operate after-hours switchboard in a timely, professional, and effective manner.</li><li>
Log shift activity of various officers / buildings using established systems, processes, and protocols.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Required: Experience with access control, alarm monitoring systems, panels, software programs; of CCTV systems.</li><li>
20HR Basic Training Certificate</li><li>
Active PERC (Permanent employee registration card)</li><li>
Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated intermediate-level computer skills with Windows, MS Office, and internet.</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing conditions, urgent matters, and emergencies.</li></ul>
