<div>Security Operations Dispatch 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Responsible for observing a large number of cameras while multi-tasking.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, alarms, notifications, emails, and calls for service in a professional and customer-friendly manner.</li><li>
Manage alarm, communications, reporting, video management, and access control functions at multiple locations using a variety of software programs.</li><li>
Process, forward and log information from incoming calls and operate after-hours switchboard in a timely, professional, and effective manner.</li><li>
Log shift activity of various officers / buildings using established systems, processes, and protocols.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Required: Experience with access control, alarm monitoring systems, panels, software programs; of CCTV systems.</li><li>
20HR Basic Training Certificate</li><li>
Active PERC (Permanent employee registration card)</li><li>
Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated intermediate-level computer skills with Windows, MS Office, and internet.</li><li>
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing conditions, urgent matters, and emergencies.</li></ul>
