The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial management, compliance, and reporting, along with the ability to guide junior staff and ensure accuracy across all accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&amp;L, Cash Flow).</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions.</li><li>Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.</li><li>Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate employee disbursements.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Review accounting entries made by junior accountants and provide necessary guidance.</li><li>Implement and improve accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.</li><li>Excellent understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliances.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a team and handle multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in handling audits and finalization of accounts.</li><li>Familiarity with MIS reporting and financial planning.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,001.11 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
