Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee night operations at our Vikhroli warehouse. The role involves managing daily inventory, coordinating last-mile milk and dairy product deliveries, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations during night shifts.<ul><li>Manage and maintain accurate daily inventory records of all dairy products and packaging materials.</li><li>Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery schedules.</li><li>Plan and coordinate delivery routes for last-mile milk and dairy product distribution.</li><li>Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery completion.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records related to stock movement, returns, and wastage.</li><li>Ensure all products are handled hygienically and stored as per cold chain standards.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Track attendance and performance of warehouse and delivery staff during the shift.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG/Dairy.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and dispatch operations.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lead a team and work independently during night shifts.</li><li>Familiarity with milk delivery routes and cold storage management is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for the timely and safe loading and unloading of dairy products such as milk, curd, and other items. The role ensures that all products are handled carefully, accurately recorded, and dispatched as per route schedules for last-mile delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Load and unload dairy products from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure all products are handled hygienically and kept at required temperature conditions.</li><li>Verify and match items with dispatch lists and delivery challans.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse incharge and delivery supervisors to ensure timely vehicle departure.</li><li>Stack and arrange milk crates and other products properly in the warehouse.</li><li>Report any product damage, shortage, or excess immediately to the supervisor.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and order in loading/unloading areas.</li><li>Assist in physical stock counting and inventory checks when required.</li><li>Follow all safety and hygiene protocols of the dairy facility.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift and carry crates or milk cans.</li><li>Basic understanding of dairy products handling preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred (especially in food or dairy sector).</li><li>Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in night shifts.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Time management and teamwork</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Physical stamina</li><li>Basic communication and coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,810.33 - &#8377;16,834.23 per monthWork Location: In person
