General Function:
<ul><li>Support the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation (T&amp;E) programs, including FAA certifications.</li>
<li>Assist in evaluating aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment across all acquisition phases and milestones.</li>
<li>Prepare, review, and maintain T&amp;E documentation for adequacy, compliance with specifications, and adherence to guidance.</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for improving test documentation and T&amp;E strategies.</li>
<li>Support development of test plans, schedules, and cost assessments.</li>
<li>Analyze and recommend T&amp;E strategies, requirements, and test data needs to meet program objectives within constraints.</li>
<li>Offer input on integrated data processing, analysis, and software considerations.</li>
<li>Conduct trade-off studies and propose alternative testing strategies and methodologies.</li>
<li>Participate in integrated test teams, test readiness reviews, and other test-related program events.</li>
<li>Assess the availability and capability of DoD and civilian test facilities and resources.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the status of T&amp;E efforts at both Contractor and Government facilities.</li>
<li>Perform data analysis using modeling, simulation, and other analytical tools.</li>
<li>Use analytical findings to refine testing procedures and identify areas for further investigation.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
<ul>
<li>MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline.</li>
<li>Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret Level.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and other standard applications.</li>
</ul>
