Job Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>
Working very closely with line managers and department heads to understand business needs and ensure effective and consistent communication with all colleagues,</li>
<li>Partnering with leadership to identify workforce planning needs, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven HR analytics,</li>
<li>Responsible for providing timely and accurate advice, information, and support to the business unit on a wide range of P&amp;C related policies, procedures, systems, and issues,</li>
<li>Delivering a trusted generalist function including employee relations, employer branding, talent and performance management, change management, learning &amp; development, people operations/administration, and benefits,</li>
<li>Implementing recruitment processes for the assigned business units in line with company strategies and investment plans,</li>
<li>Communicating new processes to all employees, closely monitoring their experience, gathering feedback, and taking improvement actions,</li>
<li>Supporting employees on HR programs and policies while ensuring accurate and compliant data management,</li>
<li>Acting as the first point of contact for all employees within the business unit and following all legal processes with accuracy and diligence.</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications and Experience 
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree or above,</li>
<li>Business level English proficiency is a must,</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist with comprehensive HR knowledge, including strong hands-on experience partnering with business units.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR compliance requirements,</li>
<li>International contractor management experience is a plus,</li>
<li>Experience in HR digitalization processes and working with HRIS tools/systems,</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel skills),</li>
<li>Ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions,</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, open mindedness, and a collaborative working style,</li>
<li>Result oriented mindset with strong problem solving capabilities,</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.</li></ul></div>
