We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Relationship Manager preferably strong background in banking and trade finance to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions related to trade finance products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, and structured finance instruments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, partnerships, etc.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for all client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose tailored trade finance solutions</li><li>Ensure proper onboarding of new clients by assisting with end-to-end documentation, KYC, compliance, and operational setup.</li><li>Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell additional trade finance instruments or services to existing clients.</li><li>Escalate complex matters to senior management and coordinate with relevant departments until satisfactory closure.</li><li>Maintain an updated pipeline with detailed stages, client status, expected closures, and follow-up actions.</li><li>Submit sales reports in accordance with the Company&rsquo;s policies, procedures, and reporting schedules as may be prescribed</li><li>Work closely with the internal team to support deal execution, participate in team meetings, and provide constructive client feedback.</li><li>Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>With 3-5 experience in a relationship management / sales role preferably within a bank or trade finance institution.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and generate new business.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Required)</li></ul>
