CS_ Intern&middot; Handling of all ROC compliance under the Companies Act 2013 like Director change, Auditor change, Annual Filling, Change in register office etc. and Filing requisite e-forms with the registrar of Companies&middot; Handling of all RBI and FEMA compliances viz.
