<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">About the Role
</h3>We are seeking a dedicated Interventional Physiatrist to join our growing outpatient practice specializing in the treatment of spine, sports, musculoskeletal, disabling, and other painful conditions.
 
This is a 100% outpatient PM&amp;R position &ndash; with no call responsibilities &ndash; offering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities
</h3><ul><li>Conduct new and established patient evaluations 
 
 
</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRI) 
 
 
</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans 
 
 
</li><li>Prescribe and oversee physical therapy and medication management 
 
 
</li><li>Perform or supervise joint/soft-tissue injections (with or without ultrasound) 
 
 
</li><li>Provide or refer for electrodiagnostic (EMG) testing 
 
 
</li><li>Perform or refer for interventional spine and pain procedures 
 
 
</li><li>Refer patients to surgical or specialty colleagues as appropriate 
 
 
</li><li>Document all patient encounters in Electronic Health Records (EHR) 
 
 
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications
</h3><ul><li>M.D. or D.O. degree 
 
 
</li><li>Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) 
 
 
</li><li>Basic EMG skills or willingness to develop with mentorship 
 
 
</li><li>MSK ultrasound and/or interventional skills are a plus but not required 
 
 
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Compensation &amp; Benefits
</h3><ul><li>Annual Salary Range: $300,000 &ndash; $400,000 (commensurate with skills/experience) 
 
 
</li><li>W-2 base salary + productivity bonus
