About the Job:

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The Assistant Store Manager must also inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors-including a customer focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPl's. Assistant Managers also must hold store employees accountable to following all policies and procedures.

Responsible for high volume product image editing (80-100+ images a day) and asset management of post production files.

A day in the life, what you&rsquo;ll be doing: Percentage of Time:

<li>Performs high volume image editing (basic retouching, resizing, masking, color correction) 90%
</li><li>Digital asset management of product images (pre/post production) on image servers 10%</li>
<li>Coordinate with site merchandising team and upload finished product files to image servers for Pacsun.com</li>
<li>QA on live images on Pacsun.com</li>

About the Job:

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The Assistant Store Manager must also inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors-including a customer focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPl's. Assistant Managers also must hold store employees accountable to following all policies and procedures.

A day in the life, what you&rsquo;ll be doing:

<li>Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to &quot;solve for yes&quot; and escalates issues as appropriate</li>
