The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in non-surgical aesthetic procedures, a passion for cosmetic dermatology, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest care.Key Responsibilities:Clinical &amp; Aesthetic Procedures:<ul><li>Perform advanced non-surgical facial aesthetic procedures including:</li><li>Botulinum toxin (Botox) injections</li><li>Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, nasolabial folds, etc.)</li><li>Thread lifts (including PDO threads and cogs)</li><li>Chemical peels and skin rejuvenation</li><li>PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy</li><li>Laser treatments (if trained)</li><li>Microneedling, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin procedures</li><li>Ensure every treatment is performed following strict medical and hygiene protocols.</li></ul>Guest Consultations &amp; Customization:<ul><li>Conduct in-depth consultations to assess guest needs, medical history, and aesthetic goals.</li><li>Create and explain customized treatment plans to guests, ensuring clarity about outcomes, risks, and aftercare.</li><li>Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all guest interactions.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of:</li><li>Consultation details</li><li>Treatment protocols</li><li>Consent forms</li><li>Before &amp; after photographs</li><li>Guest progress reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical safety standards.</li></ul>Post-Treatment Care &amp; Follow-Up:<ul><li>Provide clear instructions for post-treatment care and schedule timely follow-ups.</li><li>Address and manage complications or concerns with professionalism and care.</li><li>Offer corrective procedures when required.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Team Coordination:<ul><li>Work closely with aestheticians, therapists, and other clinical staff to ensure holistic treatment outcomes.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional discussions and case reviews for complex client needs.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development:<ul><li>Stay updated with the latest innovations, trends, and advancements in aesthetic dermatology.</li><li>Attend internal and external workshops, CME programs, and certification courses.</li><li>Assist in training junior doctors or aestheticians on facial anatomy, safe practices, and treatment protocols.</li></ul>Protocol Development:<ul><li>Contribute to the creation and enhancement of SOPs for facial aesthetic procedures.</li><li>Recommend product lines, equipment, and consumables based on clinical efficacy.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>MBBS with PG Diploma/Degree in Dermatology (DDVL, MD, DNB Dermatology) or relevant aesthetic medicine certifications.</li><li>BMS with industry certications (preffered)</li><li>2&ndash;10 years of clinical experience in dermatology and/or medical aesthetics.</li><li>Experience in injectables (Botox, Fillers) and thread lifts is mandatory.</li><li>Certification in aesthetic medicine (AAAM, IADVL, or similar) will be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy, cosmetic dermatology, and client psychology.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Excellent injection technique and aesthetic sense.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Empathy, professionalism, and guest-focused approach.</li><li>Clinical documentation and digital record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Training and continuing education support</li><li>Career progression within the aesthetics industry</li><li>Safe and ethical working environment</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Modern clinical setup with advanced equipment</li><li>In-person guest interactions at our clinic</li><li>High standards of hygiene and safety</li></ul>Note: Specially, Looking for gd injector, fillers threads Botox need a immediate joiner.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
