Company vehicle possible with this position</li><li>Good communication skills and excellent customer service.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze, plan and perform preventative maintenance of HVAC system.</li><li>Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair pumps including chill water, heating water and condensation pumps.</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to HVAC system.</li><li>Adhere to all city, state and federal regulatory statues; Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State and EPA regulations.</li><li>Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC equipment.</li><li>Manage relationship with all major vendor accounts.</li><li>Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.</li><li>Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.</li><li>Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.</li><li>Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.</li><li>Complete service work orders and writes detailed information on work orders for proper invoicing. Follows proper departmental work order submittal process.</li><li>Follow all company department policies and procedures.
