 This position is based out of WWG1 in PASCO, WA.
 
 We proudly serve the Columbia Basin of Eastern Washington including the Tri-Cities, Walla Walla, and Pendleton areas.
 
 
 
 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 Compensation:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 $23.00 starting hourly pay.
 </li>
 <li>
 Up to $1,120.50.00 per week * includes Base Pay + Overtime Opportunities + Bonuses
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Pacific Delivery and Logistics provides Performance Reviews with pay increases.
 
 Performance reviews focus on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety.
 
 
 
 These include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 90-day performance review and opportunity to move from $23 to $23.50 per hour.
 </li>
 <li>
 6-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.00 per hour.
 </li>
 <li>
 12-month performance review with a max promotion to $24.50 per hour.

 Delivery Driver Start Time
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Start time 11:00am - shifts range between 8-10 hours per day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shifts are available 7 days per week.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full time work week is 4 days with 3 days off a week.
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekends preferred.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Requirements to be a Delivery Driver
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be authorized to work in the United States
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be at least 21 years of age or older
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a valid Driver's License issued in the United States
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be willing to undergo a 4 Panel (no THC) drug screen
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be physically fit to lift and deliver packages up to 50 pounds
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Equipment Provided for Delivery Drivers:

 Amazon-branded vehicle provided, Non-CDL
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivery vehicle, gas and insurance
 </li>
 <li>
 Mobile delivery device
 </li>
 <li>

 Safety shoes after completion of driver training

 What You'll Do:
 
 As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 150-300 packages per day. You will be a
 
 delivery driver hero
 
 in the neighborhoods you serve, interacting with customers and the public in a positive and professional manner!
 
 
 
 Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and unload packages to be delivered
