Retail Sales Associate- PALMETTO ISLANDAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our beachwear store in Myrtle Beach.Your job is to help customers find what they need for their vacation, keep the store looking great, and create a positive, easy shopping experience.Our customers are mostly families on vacation, so attitude and energy matter just as much as experience.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude</li><li>Help customers find the right products (clothing, beach gear, souvenirs, etc.)</li><li>Answer questions and make product recommendations</li><li>Restock merchandise and keep shelves full and organized</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store</li><li>Help manage fitting rooms and customer flow during busy times</li><li>Assist with opening and closing tasks</li><li>Work as part of a team to handle high-volume summer traffic</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers all day</li><li>Strong work ethic &mdash; willing to stay busy and help wherever needed</li><li>Reliable and on time</li><li>Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Comfortable standing and moving for long periods</li><li>Willing to help with cleaning, folding, and stocking</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Day and evening shifts</li><li>Weekends required</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourWork Location: In person
