We are seeking a Deputy Regional HR Manager (MARO) to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the MARO region and PIL Saudi Arabia entity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
Strategic HR Partnership
<br><br>
Partner with business leaders to lead, drive, and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and departmental people plans.
<br><br>
Support leaders in managing organizational change effectively, including HR aspects of transformation initiatives.
<br><br>
Talent Acquisition & Management
<br><br>
Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment of the right people for the right roles.
<br><br>
Drive talent management, development, and retention strategies, including building a robust pipeline for critical roles.
<br><br>
Implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
<br><br>
Compensation & Performance Management
<br><br>
Manage compensation strategies to attract and retain talent, ensuring alignment with regional and global policies.
<br><br>
Oversee the annual performance and salary review process, including regional calibration exercises.
<br><br>
Policy & Compliance
<br><br>
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
<br><br>
Act as custodian of HR policies, ensuring timely communication, updates, and alignment with HQ standards.
<br><br>
HR Operations
<br><br>
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
<br><br>
Prepare payroll data, review monthly payroll calculations, and execute payroll processes.
<br><br>
Manage employee relations issues in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
<br><br>
Culture & Inclusion
<br><br>
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
<br><br>
Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.
<br><br>
Administration & Facilities
<br><br>
Oversee office facilities management, vendor coordination, and general administrative functions.
<br><br>
<b>MUST HAVE:</b><br>
Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related fields with at least 10 years of relevant regional experience in a global firm.
<br><br>
Proven leadership and people management experience in HR, guiding and developing HR teams.
<br><br>
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
<br><br>
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
<br><br>
Strategic and operational agility, capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on execution.

The successful candidate will manage container logistics cost and KPI reporting as well as intermodal business development and land procurement.</p><div></div><div><br>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>1. Main Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
a) Manage, monitor, drive and report region level and agency level KPI, cost &amp; performance<br>
b) Manage intermodal network &amp; business development, i.e. review, create &amp; optimize network to improve intermodal performance<br>
c) Monitor intermodal performance, develop market intelligence, identify opportunities, promote services to POL/POD<br>
d) Collaborate with agencies, HQ intermodal to propose intermodal selling rates to maximize performance, set up &amp; maintain rates, product catalogue and LMS maintenance<br>
e) Procurement of land side services based on the agreed model with HQ, i.e. central led, ensuring full compliance with established policies and governance<br>
f) Manage regional contract landscape with HQ, i.e. monitor contract expiry, propose category strategy, plan, risk management, etc.<br>
g) Set and monitor formal performance KPI, flow-share &amp; SLA and supplier assessment<br>
h) Supplier onboarding, including set up agreement, EDI, LMS tariff, etc.<br>
i) Digitalization, i.e. push container reuse/triangulation, charge customer and reuse platforms</p><div></div><div><br>

a) Leadership and direction to agencies Logistics teams<br>
b) Manage and collaborate with stakeholders, HQ, RO, Agencies from Operations, Commercial Trades, etc. to make business decisions in the overall best interest of company and with appropriate level of check-and-balance</p><div></div><div><br>
