We are currently seeking a Mission Relations &ndash; Ministry Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at our Garden Grove office.About the RoleThis position reports directly to the Director of Mission Relations and plays a critical role in expanding PJI&rsquo;s reach and mission through strategic outreach, scheduling, and donor engagement. You&rsquo;ll be on the front lines of connecting PJI&rsquo;s attorneys with churches, media outlets, and donor communities across the country&mdash;helping to grow visibility, deepen relationships, and drive impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with PJI&rsquo;s 36 legal offices nationwide to increase visibility through attorney speaking opportunities and events.</li><li>Coordinate and manage attorney speaking engagements, interviews, and public appearances across the country.</li><li>Organize donor appreciation dinners in key regions&mdash;scouting venues, coordinating invites, meals, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain and update PJI&rsquo;s events and attorney engagement calendar.</li><li>Research and develop a database of influential churches, groups, and media contacts (traditional and social media).</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align messaging around regional events and national campaigns.</li><li>Support attorney outreach with tailored email and phone campaigns that build local engagement.</li><li>Build and track outreach metrics to guide strategy and improve results.</li><li>Assist in developing presentations and materials focused on religious liberty, life, and parental rights.</li><li>Strengthen donor retention through strategic follow-ups and personalized communication.</li><li>Represent PJI at occasional conferences and ministry events.</li><li>Contribute to team brainstorming, campaign strategy, and long-term donor engagement planning.</li><li>Provide additional support to the Mission Relations department as needed, assisting with a variety of tasks that align with departmental goals and organizational priorities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following<ul><li>You&rsquo;re organized, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>You&rsquo;re a strong communicator&mdash;confident on the phone, and great at building rapport.</li><li>You enjoy solving problems and proactively improving systems.</li><li>You&rsquo;re data-driven, love working with metrics, and take pride in achieving goals.</li><li>You&rsquo;re comfortable juggling multiple projects and can manage time effectively.</li><li>You are passionate about religious liberty and want to be part of something mission-driven.</li><li>You value teamwork, humility, and working toward a greater cause.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years in administrative coordination, event planning, or scheduling roles</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>Experience with CRM systems is a plus</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>High emotional intelligence and relational confidence</li><li>A heart for service and alignment with PJI&rsquo;s mission and values</li></ul>Why Join Us?At PJI, you&rsquo;re not just filling a role&mdash;you&rsquo;re joining a cause.
