Pacific Landscape Management

<div>We are seeking a dependable Crew Member &ndash; Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required training will be provided. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing</li><li>
Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites</li><li>
Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely</li><li>
Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up</li><li>
Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor</li><li>
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Landscaping experience helpful but not required</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license a plus, not required</li><li>
Able to lift/move 10&ndash;50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>
Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful</li><li>
Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday&ndash;Friday 8&ndash;5, or occasional weekends</li></ul> 
Work Environment:<ul><li>
Outdoor work, including public and high-traffic areas</li><li>
May involve steep terrain and extreme weather conditions</li></ul>
