JOB MISSION
Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking an IT Operations &amp; Systems Administrator to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the organization. As a regional homebuilder with teams distributed across multiple offices in the Pacific Northwest, this role supports approximately 150 users and 175 active devices by providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, assisting with business application administration, and maintaining consistent onboarding and offboarding processes. Reporting to the BI/IT Manager and working closely with the company&rsquo;s Managed Services Provider (MSP) and departmental stakeholders, the ideal candidate is service-oriented, patient, and thrives on helping others succeed. They communicate clearly, resolve issues supportively, and keep employees informed about IT updates, maintenance, and technology initiatives.
Travel &amp; Hours Requirements: Occasional travel and after-hours work may be required to support maintenance, updates, or deployments, as this position will play a pivotal role in shaping Pacific Lifestyle Homes&rsquo; future technology environment.
 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Serve as the main point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, managing help desk tickets and coordinating with the company&rsquo;s Managed Services Provider (MSP) to resolve escalations.</li><li>
Provide friendly, timely support for technical issues related to computers, printers, conference rooms, and business applications.</li><li>
Manage the full device lifecycle, including ordering, setup, deployment, and tracking of company equipment.</li><li>
Administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and other key business systems.</li><li>
Partner with HR to ensure smooth technical onboarding and offboarding for all employees.</li><li>
Maintain and support SharePoint and Teams to ensure secure, efficient collaboration across divisions.</li><li>
Help manage user access and licensing for business applications while coordinating with vendors to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.</li><li>
Communicate IT updates, maintenance, and system changes clearly and proactively to employees and leadership.</li><li>
Keep IT documentation, procedures, and internal knowledge bases up to date.</li><li>
Assist with system updates, integrations, and user testing.</li><li>
Support technology and business projects through technical input, collaboration, and employee training.</li><li>
Build strong, positive relationships with employees by providing clear, approachable, and empathetic support.</li></ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
3+ years of IT support or operations experience in a multi-site or hybrid environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</li><li>
Service-minded, patient, and enthusiastic about helping others succeed with technology.</li><li>
Experience managing devices, permissions, and access across multiple systems.</li><li>
Comfortable working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs) on escalations and projects.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Newstar, or BuildPro) is a plus.</li><li>
ITIL or CompTIA certifications are preferred, and Microsoft 365 or Azure Administrator certifications are a plus.</li></ul>
