Pacific Pharmaceuticals has been producing and marketing quality pharmaceuticals strictly in compliance with GMP Rules and Regulations and WHO Standards, for more than three decades and serving the nation with world class medicines.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to support business objectives.</li><li>Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management and treasury functions.</li><li>Implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance and high integrity of financial data.</li><li>Manage tax planning, audit processes, and relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.</li><li>Partner with the CEO and senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.</li><li>Corporate compliances with SECP.</li><li>Monitor Income tax and sales tax filling.</li><li>Manage insurance matters</li><li>Mentor, lead, and build a high&#8209;performing finance team; ensure talent development, staffing, and supervision of direct reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>CA Finalist, ACCA, ACMA Qualified</li><li>Proven experience (10+ years) in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as CFO or Head of Accounts &amp; Finance.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strategic thinking and business acumen; ability to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.</li><li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and present to stakeholders (Board).</li><li>Experience in Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing is a plus.</li><li>Proven track record preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
