If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about delivering excellent service, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across residential apartment communities, including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.</li><li>Complete repairs involving welding, mechanical adjustments, and other handyman tasks to uphold safety standards and property appearance.</li><li>Lead small-scale projects such as residential painting or fixture replacements.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or property management to ensure high satisfaction levels.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields.</li><li>Ability to perform residential painting and basic carpentry repairs with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with supervisory experience to coordinate work efficiently.</li><li>Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members.</li></ul>This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals eager to make a tangible impact on community living spaces while honing their technical skills in a supportive environment.
