Overview We are a busy, multi-site medical clinic in Eugene with approximately 100 employees, and we are seeking a Marketing Representative Manager to lead our organization&rsquo;s marketing strategy and external presence. This role manages all forward-facing communication, digital platforms, and brand outreach, and will oversee one team member within the marketing department.The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment. This role plays a key part in shaping the public image of our clinic, growing community awareness, and strengthening patient engagement across all platforms.Marketing Strategy &amp; Branding<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with organizational goals.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to refine strategic direction.</li></ul>Digital &amp; Social Media Management<ul><li>Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Create and schedule engaging digital content that reflects our mission and services.</li><li>Manage analytics and performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement.</li></ul>Website &amp; Forward-Facing Technology<ul><li>Manage the clinic&rsquo;s website, ensuring content is accurate, updated, and user-friendly.</li><li>Coordinate with IT or external vendors for website improvements, security updates, and new feature implementation.</li><li>Oversee SEO, online directories, and digital reputation (Google reviews, patient feedback, etc.).</li></ul>Community &amp; Provider Outreach<ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations.</li><li>Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and outreach engagements.</li><li>Coordinate marketing materials and messaging in support of new services, providers, or clinic initiatives.</li></ul>Content Development<ul><li>Create high-quality written and visual content including newsletters, brochures, press releases, patient education materials, and internal communication as needed.</li><li>Ensure all materials reflect a professional and patient-centered brand.</li></ul>Project &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Oversee one additional marketing team member, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.</li><li>Manage project timelines, communication schedules, and marketing calendars.</li><li>Coordinate with leadership, clinicians, and operational teams to support internal and external initiatives.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Performance Metrics<ul><li>Produce regular reports summarizing marketing activity, results, and recommendations.</li><li>Track KPIs related to patient engagement, digital growth, community reach, and brand performance.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies across various platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience with WordPress and HTML to manage website content updates and landing pages effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop data-driven strategies for B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills for crafting compelling messages that engage target audiences across multiple formats.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and print advertising methods to support integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Strong organizational skills in project management, budgeting, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines efficiently.
