 About the Job:
 
 
 
 The Accounts Payable Representative - Expense is responsible for processing and paying invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Specific duties include the payment of purchase order bills, fixed arrangement expenses, check requests, summary billings, capital projects and other various corporate expense invoices. Additionally, this role will oversee our AP invoice workflow tool ensuring invoices are coded and approved timely, exception queues are escalated and addressed and produce weekly invoice status reports to all corporate users.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 A day in the life, what you&rsquo;ll be doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process invoices through the Infor A/P system based on invoice terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare corporate invoices for payment by reviewing for proper approval and coding and routing when necessary for additional approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the AP invoice workflow software (Symbeo) ensuring invoices are coded and approved timely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce weekly invoice status reporting from Symbeo for all corporate users to escalate aged invoices without an approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly summary billings using Efiles imported to AP System for payment based on invoice terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage AP Inbox and respond to vendor, employee and management inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research old invoices and resolve price, quantity, term, and other payment discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review vendor statements and research past due invoices and credit memos.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on special projects as assigned by the A/P Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist A/P Reps as needed with Concur, Tax Check Requests and other projects as requested
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare incoming checks for deposit by obtaining coding as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process AP ACH and check payments through MHC as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What it takes to Join:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate&rsquo;s degree; Accounting or Finance emphasis preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a retail company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of accounting principles and skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective written and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build positive, productive working relationships with internal and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills; must be able to effectively manage processing of a high volume of invoices (received in both hardcopy and digital format) and assist with other projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast pace environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience with an accounting system, Infor Cloud Suite Financials or Lawson preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with an AP invoice workflow system a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Key boarding and 10 key by touch skills that support processing a large volume of invoices on a daily basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills; vlookups, functions, and pivot tables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Outlook, including group mailbox management
 </li>

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in keeping that engine running - supporting the day-to-day operations that create a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and teams.
 
 
 This role provides administrative and operational support across recruiting and onboarding, including coordinating corporate interviews, managing HQ temporary staffing, and supporting early career, intern, and temporary hiring processes.  A day in the life, what you&rsquo;ll be doing:

 Provide direct support to the Recruiting team and broader People team initiatives, projects and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the strategy and execution of early career programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate university engagement initiatives, including on-campus visits, HQ on-site student events, career fairs, and student networking events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the planning and execution of the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, programming, and intern engagement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment process coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule interviews for corporate roles, including phone, virtual, and on-site interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidate communications and logistics throughout the interview process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate on-site interview visits, including scheduling, travel arrangements (if applicable), and interview agendas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure interviews run smoothly and on schedule.

 Coordinate onboarding for all HQ new hires.

 Facilitate pre-boarding logistics, including documentation, system access requests, and orientation scheduling in partnership with HR Operations.

 What it takes to Join:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 years of previous administrative support experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Administration in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Retail Recruiting administrative support is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (UKG is preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills, highly organized and detail oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Office with strong Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

 Salary Range
