 Pact is hiring experienced corporate attorneys for partner roles at our fully remote law firm, offering autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and support from a collaborative legal team. You will lead your practice with access to systems, infrastructure, and the backing of seasoned professionals who prioritize results over red tape.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 &bull; Advise clients on corporate structuring, transactions, and commercial matters
 
 
 &bull; Draft and negotiate contracts and deal documents
 
 
 &bull; Manage client matters independently and efficiently
 
 
 &bull; Originate new client relationships and expand existing ones
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with peers to support client matters and development
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 &bull; 7+ years of corporate law experience at a U.S. law firm
 
 
 &bull; Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships
 
 
 &bull; Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills
 
 
 &bull; Communicates clearly and meets deadlines reliably
 
 
 &bull; Exceptional time management and organizational skills
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency with legal and communication technology
