Job Opening: Sales Coordinator &ndash; Wastewater Treatment (Female Candidates Preferred)Location: SAIFZONE, SharjahIndustry: Wastewater TreatmentExperience: Minimum 3 years in a similar sales coordination roleLanguage Preference: Tagalog-speaking candidates preferredKey Responsibilities:&middot; Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to manage customer inquiries, quotations, and project updates.&middot; Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation including proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools.&middot; Maintain and regularly update client databases and CRM systems.&middot; Assist in preparing tenders and project bids specific to wastewater treatment systems and services.&middot; Liaise with procurement, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment.&middot; Follow up with clients regarding quotations, payments, documentation, and feedback.&middot; Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.&middot; Organize and schedule client meetings, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.Candidate Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.&middot; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales coordination role.&middot; Prior experience in the wastewater treatment industry or industrial equipment sales is an advantage.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.&middot; Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.&middot; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CVs to:email: hr@pacteng.com / hr.admin@pacteng.comWhatsApp: +971 50 653 7407 / +971 52 604 1799Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
