A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000 - $111,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
The position is responsible for management of all aspects of contractor services spend including; negotiation and execution of supply agreements, development and implementation of a category strategy, owning supplier relationship, sourcing innovative technologies to differentiate Novolex and consistently deliver year-over-year savings to the bottom line.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities:</b></div><div>
1. Develop and lead sourcing strategies for contractor services</div><div>
2. Negotiate supply agreements with key suppliers &amp; distributors resulting in measurable total cost benefits.</div><div>
3. Interface between global supplier base, New Product Development and Operations to identify new and innovative technologies</div><div>
4. Understand and bring market intelligence, supplier knowledge and a key understanding of the use of materials in the manufacturing process.</div><div>
5. Produce annual budgets for key materials using statistical, historical and market data.</div><div>
6. Provide monthly price and market updates as a measure against budget. Provide monthly pricing as needed to manufacturing sites.</div><div>
7. Work with Regulatory Affairs team and suppliers to ensure 100% regulatory compliance</div><div>
8. Facilitate meetings to drive cost savings initiatives. This means demonstrating the ability to develop agendas, lead meetings, and document &amp; publish critical results</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Qualifications:

1. B.S in Supply Chain or related field from a four-year accredited college or university.</div><div>
2. At least 3-5 years&rsquo; experience in procurement or a related field</div><div>

4. Strong Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and analytical skills</div><div>
5. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of the organization</div><div>

This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation, leadership and management of our Franklin, OH plant. This position reports to the Director of Operations and regularly reports on plant performance.</div><div>
Direct reports to this position include all plant salaried staff including but not limited to Production Manager/Converting Manager, Logistics Manager, Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager, etc. Indirect reports include all hourly employees at the plant.</div><ul><li>
Champion Safety and Compliance: Promote a world-class safety culture that ensures compliance with OSHA, environmental, and corporate safety standards across all operations.</li><li><div>
Drive Lean Transformation: Embed Lean Manufacturing principles through 5S, Kaizen, visual management, value stream mapping, and waste elimination to strengthen efficiency and performance.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee production activities to deliver consistent product quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time fulfillment.</div></li><li><div>
Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and sustain improvements in productivity, equipment reliability, and workflow optimization.</div></li><li><div>
People Leadership: Coach and develop salaried and hourly team members to build a high-performance, empowered, and accountable culture.</div></li><li>

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
College degree in Engineering or Business typically required.</li><li>
A minimum of 10 years of plant management level experience in high volume, fast-paced manufacturing and operations.</li><li>
Well-rounded operations management experience including a deep understanding and experience with operations tactics, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, strategies and best practices and process discipline.</li><li>
Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.</li><li>
Track record of excellent judgment and decision-making ability.</li><li>
Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.</li><li>
Ability to effectively set and communicate expectations &amp; directives to manufacturing staff.</li><li>
