Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects, particularly in corporate office and commercial developments. The QS will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, vendor evaluation, billing, and cost control throughout all stages of the project.Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates based on drawings, scope, and specifications.</li><li>Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure alignment with client requirements and company margins.</li><li>Conduct rate analysis for various interior, civil, and MEP items.</li></ul>2. Tendering &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Float tenders, analyze quotations, and assist in vendor/subcontractor selection.</li><li>Negotiate prices and terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency.</li><li>Prepare comparative statements and finalize purchase/work orders in coordination with the procurement team.</li></ul>3. Cost Control &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Track project costs versus budget and highlight variances to the management.</li><li>Prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts.</li><li>Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>4. Billing &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and verify contractor bills, client invoices, and variation claims.</li><li>Certify work progress and coordinate with site and design teams for measurement validation.</li><li>Maintain complete records of project-related financial documents.</li></ul>5. Contract &amp; Commercial Management<ul><li>Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, terms, and conditions.</li><li>Manage change orders, claims, and final account settlements.</li><li>Support project close-out with reconciliation of materials, quantities, and payments.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Education: Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years of experience in interior fit-out quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in corporate office/commercial projects.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and QS software tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, furniture, and MEP coordination.</li><li>Other Skills:</li><li>Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong numerical and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication and coordination with site, design, and procurement teams.</li></ul>Preferred Background:<ul><li>Experience with corporate office interiors, IT/ITES facilities, or commercial fit-out projects.</li><li>Exposure to turnkey / design-build projects.</li><li>Knowledge of cost benchmarking and market rate analysis.</li></ul>Interested candidates can reach me at careers@padams.in or call me at +91 77770 43111.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,015.01 - &#8377;65,661.93 per monthWork Location: In person

Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out (Commercial Projects)

Job Purpose:To assist the project and planning teams in monitoring, coordinating, and controlling project activities for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves supporting project scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, and coordination among design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery within timelines and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Excel.</li><li>Help in developing and maintaining work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines.</li><li>Support in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams to gather progress data and update schedules.</li></ul>2. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Act as a link between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.</li><li>Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and site engineers for progress updates.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and share with the project manager.</li><li>Participate in project review meetings and record minutes of meetings (MOMs).</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain project-related documentation such as drawings, BOQs, schedules, and correspondence.</li><li>Support in preparing project trackers &ndash; material delivery, manpower, and work completion status.</li><li>Assist in preparing delay analysis or project deviation reports, when required.</li><li>Maintain data for project dashboards and presentations.</li></ul>4. Site &amp; Project Monitoring<ul><li>Visit sites periodically to verify progress against the schedule.</li><li>Identify any potential delays or risks and inform the planning team for corrective action.</li><li>Support in tracking resource allocation and productivity at sites.</li></ul>5. We are looking for a Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) Manager with experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry to design, implement, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills, technical knowledge, and professional development. The role focuses on building capabilities across project management, site execution, safety, design coordination, and client service, ensuring employees meet both technical and behavioral performance standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Training Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement the annual learning and development plan aligned with business goals.</li><li>Identify training needs across departments such as Project Management, QS, Site Execution, Design, Procurement, and Safety.</li><li>Establish competency frameworks and skill matrices for different roles.</li></ul>2.
