Your primary focus will be on the e-commerce engine, ensuring our online brand experience is flawless and driving digital sales. You will be the coordinator, the brand guardian, and the logistics guru all in one.Here is what your day-to-day looks like:E-commerce Engine (Your Primary Focus)<ul><li>Agency Ace: Become the single point of contact for our e-commerce agency, coordinating all activities for the Bullpadel online store on Shopify, Ajio Luxe, and other marketplaces.</li><li>Listing &amp; Stock Guru: Own the online product experience&mdash;overseeing product uploads, pricing accuracy, SKU management, and ensuring real-time stock visibility.</li><li>Brand Guardian: Ensure flawless brand consistency across all digital listings, visuals, and descriptions.</li><li>Data Driven: Track and analyze online sales performance, delivering clear, weekly reports to fuel our strategy.</li><li>Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in executing compelling digital campaigns and online product launches.</li></ul>Retail &amp; Distribution Hustle<ul><li>Relationship Rockstar: Identify and onboard new retail partners and distributors in key Indian cities to expand the Bullpadel footprint.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Manage existing retail relationships, focusing on timely order processing, stock replenishment, and swift resolution of any issues.</li><li>Logistics Leader: Coordinate with our warehousing and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries across all channels.</li><li>Direct Sales Support: Handle smaller, high-value B2C requests directly from clubs or elite players for rackets and gear.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Strategy Support<ul><li>Tracker King/Queen: Maintain a centralized, hyper-accurate tracker for inventory, dynamic pricing, and retailer sales performance.</li><li>Process Pro: Assist with essential documentation, including purchase orders and dispatch updates.</li><li>Strategize to Win: Work closely with the Head of Retail to develop new sales strategies, key partnerships, and product planning for the Indian market.</li></ul>Who Are We Looking For?<ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: You have a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 1&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or retail operations.</li><li>E-commerce Mindset: You understand the rhythm of online retail and are comfortable coordinating with agencies and managing marketplace operations.</li><li>Detail Driven: You have an eye for detail, especially with inventory, pricing, and data tracking (Excel/Google Sheets mastery is a must).</li><li>Communication Ninja: Your coordination skills are top-notch&mdash;you can manage partners, agencies, and internal teams effortlessly.</li><li>Bonus Points Alert: If you have experience in the sports or lifestyle brand space, or a genuine passion for Padel, you&rsquo;re one step ahead!</li></ul>Why You Will Love Being on Our Team<ul><li>Be a Pioneer: Get in on the ground floor of a company that is revolutionizing sports in India.</li><li>Join a Rocket Ship: Padel is the fastest-growing sport out there.
