We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Cum Office Assistant with 3 to 4 years of experience to support the daily accounts and office activities,Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounts activities including recording financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and invoices.</li><li>Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers accurately.</li><li>Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests; ensure timely payments and follow-up on overdue accounts.</li><li>Handle petty cash, prepare bills, receipts, and support payroll processing as needed.</li><li>Support auditors during financial audits by providing required documents and explanations.</li><li>Perform general administrative duties supporting the office team like answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.</li><li>3 to 4 years of experience in accounts</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally is must. Microsoft Teams, MS Excel and Word skills are essential.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per monthWork Location: In person
