Responsibilities:

Page is seeking a Project Architect to be responsible for the leadership and technical execution of project design, building code and stamping, technical quality of project documentation.</div><div>
This individual will:</div><div></div><div><br>
Plan and conduct work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard construction components and systems to execute design intent<br>
Responsible for stamping and sealing bid documents<br>
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of professional work in part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope<br>
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and ADA requirements<br>
Assist the Project Director in developing project staff-hours and planning schedule for his/her aspects of the project<br>
Coordinate the layout, design, drafting, and specifications produced by other architects and technicians who assist in specific assignments<br>
Mentor junior staff; assist in the development of future project architects<br>
In consultation with the Project Director, assist in establishing project design criteria<br>
Through research, study, and consultation with outside consultants and professional societies, keep informed of new developments and systems as they influence the individual&rsquo;s particular field of architectural practice and design<br>
Promote technologies and methodologies to create innovative approaches and improve technical quality of work product; keep abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry<br>
Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and insure integrated design approaches &amp; solutions</div>
Qualifications:

Professional degree in Architecture</div></li><li><div>
At least 10 years of related experience</div></li><li><div>
Must be a Registered Architect</div></li><li><div>
Academic, Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Science &amp; Technology experience preferred</div></li><li><div>
Requires thorough knowledge of architectural practice</div></li><li><div>
Requires thorough knowledge of code principles</div></li><li><div>
Ability to use CAD and/or BIM software</div></li><li><div>
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lead others and foster teamwork</div></li><li><div>
Ability to use good judgment and make timely decisions</div></li><li><div>
Requires knowledge of basic firm financial metrics related to project management</div></li><li><div>
Proactive management style</div></li></ul><div>
Base Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000</div><div>

Responsibilities:

Page has an opening for a Project Manager across diverse project sectors. The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated projects among a diverse series of project types. The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential.</div><div></div><div><br>
Responsibilities include:</div><ul><li>
Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery;</li><li>
Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;</li><li>
Successfully execute projects by following Page&rsquo;s and Owner&rsquo;s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution;</li><li>
Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships;</li><li>
Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;</li><li>
Provide mentorship and guidance to project team;</li><li>
Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals;</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors;</li><li>
Degree in engineering, architecture or related field;</li><li>
Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus;</li><li>
Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;</li><li>
Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants;</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;</li><li>
Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants;</li><li>
Confident with public speaking and networking;</li><li>
Excellent writing skills;</li><li>
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;</li><li>
Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;</li><li>
Available for occasional travel within the US.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Base Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000</div><div>
