We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager with 10&ndash;15 years of expertise in Trading, Warehouse Management, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency across accounting, inventory, and logistics. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on accounting knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven track record in managing complex financial and operational processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and oversee complete accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger management.</li><li>Manage accounting for trading activities&mdash;purchases, sales, stock movement, landed cost, and margin analysis.</li><li>Implement and monitor robust systems for inventory accounting, warehouse audits, stock valuation, and reporting.</li><li>Oversee logistics-related accounting including freight, customs duty, demurrage, transportation charges, and vendor settlements.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with statutory and tax regulations (GST, TDS, audits, and filings).</li><li>Review and analyze MIS reports, P&amp;L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities in warehousing and logistics operations and implement efficiency measures.</li><li>Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.</li><li>Drive ERP/Accounting system implementations and process optimization across trading and logistics functions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5&ndash;7 years in trading, warehouse management, or logistics sector.</li><li>Deep understanding of trading margins, stock valuation, landed cost calculations, logistics cost accounting, and working capital management.</li><li>Strong expertise with ERP/Accounting systems such as Zoho Books, SAP, Tally, or Oracle.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of taxation, compliance, statutory requirements, and audit handling.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a large team.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience in international trading and import/export documentation.</li><li>Exposure to supply chain finance, trade credit, and fund management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Zoho Finance Suite or advanced ERP platforms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
