An open communication culture and great personalities make us who we are.If you love variety and challenges, then you belong with us!Why PAJ?<ul><li>Dynamic &amp; flat hierarchies in a familiar and warm environment</li><li>Your voice counts: You can play an active role in shaping PAJ</li><li>Varied daily work with new challenges and growing responsibilities</li><li>Stay healthy: We take care of your sports subscription</li><li>We support your studies/training with outstanding performance</li><li>100% home office possible</li></ul>The Job:<ul><li>Take on a senior-level role as a co-lead of the Graphics team, working closely with another Team Lead to guide and mentor designers.</li><li>Visually communicate ideas, messages, and information through various forms of visual media.</li><li>Edit product images to meet Amazon&rsquo;s guidelines and standards, including background removal, colour correction, retouching, and enhancing product details to make them visually appealing.</li><li>Edit, recreate and control printing contents such as packagings, safety instructions, manuals and flyers.</li><li>Design infographics and lifestyle images to showcase product features, benefits, and usage scenarios.</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity for PAJ&rsquo;s Amazon accounts.</li><li>Design graphics for social media platforms to promote Amazon products, including A/B testing initiatives to optimize design elements of product listings, advertisements, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams, and help oversee workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain quality standards within the design team.</li></ul>The Individual:<ul><li>You have a degree in Graphic Design or a similar field, as well as several years of professional experience in a senior graphic design role, including experience mentoring or coordinating other designers, as well as several years of experience in print (print experience in China is a plus).</li><li>You enjoy generating innovative ideas and know how to visually communicate concepts effectively.</li><li>You have deep knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as video software like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.</li><li>You are passionate about working in a team while keeping the focus on details. Proof checking images again our standards, to make sure all the important aspects are reflected and small details get realized before we hand in images for final approval.</li><li>Making sure the brand guide is followed and checking in with the marketing team about their general thoughts for the style of marketing requests.</li><li>You excel in producing designs that meet expectations and objectives and enjoy the challenge of continuous learning.</li><li>You are experienced in creating custom illustrations, icons, and vector graphics.</li><li>Above all, you show initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance and feedback to colleagues. Ideally, you have been co-leading before. Helping others with their questions and clarifying doubts should be something that you enjoy!</li><li>Very good English skills, both written and spoken, in order to communicate confidently with our international teams.
