<p>
The Human Resource Management Intern will assist the HR Department in performing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee documentation, training coordination, and HR compliance functions. This internship provides practical exposure to key HR processes and policies within a professional environment.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>
1. Recruitment &amp; Selection</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates.</li>
<li>Support onboarding activities and orientation sessions for new staff.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>2. HR Administration &amp; Documentation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update personnel files and HR records.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry in ERP or manual files.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Attendance &amp; Leave Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support in monitoring attendance and leave records.</li>
<li>Assist in compiling monthly attendance summaries.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>4. Training &amp; Development</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Help in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and HR awareness events.</li>
<li>Maintain training records and feedback forms.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>5. HR Compliance &amp; Policy Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Support compliance with organizational HR and labor laws.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>6. Employee Engagement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.</li>
<li>Gather employee feedback and assist in morale-boosting initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Learning Opportunities:</b></p>

<li>Exposure to end-to-end HR functions and best practices.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with HR systems, policies, and procedures.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management.</li>

<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.</li>

<li>Office-based with standard working hours.</li>
<li>May require occasional travel for training or field visits (if applicable).</li>
