<div>Job Description:
The Business Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, vendor coordination, and logistics management. The role requires hands-on involvement in procurement, dispatching, vendor pickups/deliveries, and resolving disputes related to third-party logistics (3PL) and product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing &amp; Fulfillment:
<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment and shipment.</li>
<li>Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve delays or issues.</li>
</ul>
Items Procurement &amp; Dispatching:
<ul><li>Oversee the procurement of required items from vendors.</li>
<li>Manage the dispatching process to ensure smooth deliveries.</li>
<li>Work with the warehouse/logistics teams to optimize fulfillment operations.</li>
</ul>
Vendor Pickups &amp; Deliveries Management:
<ul><li>Coordinate vendor pickups for inbound inventory.</li>
<li>Ensure timely deliveries from vendors to customers or distribution hubs.</li>
<li>Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient execution.</li>
</ul>
Packaging Material Replenishment:
<ul><li>Maintain optimal stock levels of packaging materials for vendors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers to replenish packaging materials as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure packaging quality meets company standards.</li>
</ul>
3PL SLA Disputes &amp; Resolution:
<ul><li>Monitor third-party logistics (3PL) service level agreements (SLAs).</li>
<li>Identify and escalate SLA breaches, ensuring quick resolutions.</li>
<li>Work with 3PL partners to enhance service quality and minimize delays.</li>
</ul>
3PL &amp; Product Dispute Management:
<ul><li>Handle disputes related to logistics, product discrepancies, and fulfillment errors.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve product-related issues with vendors.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or fulfillment.</li>
<li>Experience in order processing, procurement, and 3PL coordination is preferred.</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:
<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google sheets, MS Excel, order management systems (OMS), and ERP tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul></div>

Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Visit assigned market on daily basis and ensure that the entire stock (cars &amp; bikes) of all assigned dealers is updated on PakWheels.com platform</li>
<li>Provide training to dealership owners and sales agents on proper usage of PakWheels.com application and products</li>
<li>Provide advice to dealership on regular basis on how they can improve the quality of their listings and increase their sales through PakWheels.com platform</li>
<li>Use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell company's products to current and prospective clients (i.e. Car Dealers)</li>
<li>Build strong relationship with clients, understand their needs and continually achieve sales growth by helping clients grow their sales through PakWheels.com platform</li>
<li>Work closely with head office to ensure achievement of pre-defined targets</li>
<li>Be the brand ambassador for PakWheels.com and attend auto-related events and promote the company's brands through all possible means</li>
<li>Provide in-depth feedback to assigned dealerships on how to improve their sales by using PakWheels.com tools and services in an effective way</li>
<li>Introduce new products and offerings from time to time and ensure good uptake of these new products in assigned accounts</li>
<li>Continually achieve revenue growth by helping existing clients grow their sales through PakWheels.com platform</li>
<li>Ensure timely renewal of contracts with existing clients</li>
<li>Build great relationships with assigned dealership by maintaining a very close follow up and regular visits.</li>

Job Requirements:
