 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented resource responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing suitable sites for car service centers (oil change facilities). The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience with site development and approvals.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and evaluate potential sites for PakWheels service centers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high-potential locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize site acquisition agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders for deal closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with contractors for renovation and site construction activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee initial site development, including layout planning and execution follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage coordination with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of site acquisition and development milestones
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain database of potential sites and market intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with internal teams (Admin, Finance, Legal) for smooth execution
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in site acquisition, real estate, or retail expansion
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with well-known brands having multiple outlets will be preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of market, locations, and commercial areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in lease negotiations and contractor coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience dealing with government authorities for approvals/NOCs
 </li>

 Must be field-oriented and willing to travel extensively within Lahore
 </li>

Assistant Manager – Site Acquisition & Development - Islamabad

 Social Media Intern
 
 to support the marketing team in managing day to day social media activities across different platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital media, content creation, automotive content and online community engagement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Assist in planning and publishing content across PakWheels social media platforms.

 Support the team in creating post copies, story ideas and content briefs.

 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.

 <li>
 Strong written communication skills in English and Urdu.
 </li>

 Basic understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in cars, bikes and the automotive industry will be preferred.
 </li>

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Social Media Intern

 As a Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will be a key member of our dynamic team responsible for facilitating and driving car sales for partner dealers and private sellers. This role requires a blend of communication skills, market knowledge, and proven sales acumen to ensure the successful growth of PakWheels&rsquo; vehicle sales platform.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Oversee and manage vehicle listings for assigned customers, including visiting seller locations to upload and update car listings while coordinating with inspection teams to ensure timely vehicle certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and respond to incoming customer inquiries (via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) related to assigned car stock, providing accurate and engaging information to prospective buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct visits to seller locations alongside prospective buyers, utilizing effective sales techniques to showcase and sell vehicles, enhancing the customer buying experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the proper and smooth transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers during transaction processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to managers in the specified format to track sales activities, customer engagement, and performance metrics.
