In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide outstanding customer support. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth office operations, efficient communication, and a positive experience for visitors and staff alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression</li><li>Answer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk operations including handling mail, running errands, ordering office supplies and break room supplies, keeping the area tidy, and maintaining visitor logs</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining specific calendars, scanning documents, filing, and other tasks as assigned</li><li>Support office management tasks as requested</li><li>Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for documentation and communication</li><li>Maintain organized records, files, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience, one year or more, in an office administration or receptionist roles with strong clerical skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and proofreading skills</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse interactions</li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing receptionist roles is beneficial</li></ul>Join us to be part of a team where your know-how and friendly demeanor will make a meaningful impact every day!
