You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, pitching our solutions confidently, and closing deals with decision-makers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and close new business leads (B2B) for digital marketing services</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries</li><li>Schedule and conduct discovery calls/meetings with founders, marketing managers, and business owners</li><li>Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions (social media, performance ads, influencer, PR, SEO, etc.)</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to move deals forward</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts</li><li>Maintain CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, and weekly reporting</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover after closing</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have)<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of proven sales/business development experience</li><li>Strong closing skills and confident communication (English required; Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Experience selling services (agency, marketing, media, tech, or related industries preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and negotiations independently</li><li>Professional personality with strong relationship-building ability</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>AED 8,000 fixed salary + commission (based on sales)</li><li>Growth opportunity with a fast-moving digital marketing company</li><li>Supportive team environment and strong service portfolio to sell</li><li>Performance-based career progression</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>sales: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
