Job Title: Team CoordinatorDepartment: Operations Reports To: Business Owner / General ManagerJob Summary:The Team Coordinator ensures smooth coordination between departments &mdash; Sales, Production, Testing, Accounts, and Dispatch &mdash; to ensure timely and accurate order processing, quality control, and delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate daily activities between departments to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Track order progress from receipt to dispatch and maintain status reports.</li><li>Communicate production schedules, testing results, and dispatch plans.</li><li>Ensure invoices, test reports, and other documents are ready before dispatch.</li><li>Follow up on pending orders, payments, and approvals.</li><li>Prepare and circulate daily/weekly coordination reports.</li><li>Highlight delays or issues to management promptly.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel or order tracking tools.</li><li>Organizational and multitasking ability.</li><li>Basic understanding of business operations (sales, accounts, production).</li></ul>Working Hours:As per company scheduleJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
