Job Title: HR Cum Admin ExecutiveJob Summary:We're looking for a highly skilled HR Cum Admin Executive to join our team. As an HR Cum Admin Executive, you'll be responsible for managing human resources functions alongside administrative duties. You'll play a critical role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and office management to foster a positive work environment and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.- ESI and PF: Ensure statutory compliance with ESI and PF regulations, maintain accurate records, and manage statutory returns.- Payroll: Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.- Office Management: Oversee office maintenance, supply management, and administrative tasks.- Employee Engagement: Organize company events and employee engagement activities.Requirements:- Education: Any Management Degree- Experience: 4+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with knowledge of ESI, PF, and recruitment.- Skills:- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software, MS Office.- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
