 The Role
 
 
 
 
 ShipOS is Palantir's partnership with the U.S. Navy to modernize the American maritime industrial base &mdash; accelerating submarine production, shipyard operations, and supplier coordination across the country. It's one of the highest-priority programs at the company, and it moves fast.
 
 
 Our Administrative Business Partners don't just support leaders &mdash; they're the backbone of the busiest people on the team. You'll work directly with the leads running our Shipbuilder, Suppliers, and Shipyards workstreams and anticipate needs before they're voiced, own the details no one else sees, and make a high-performing team run even faster. This is a strategic role, requiring the ability to forecast and plan for changing circumstances with complicated data inputs.
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own calendar management and deconfliction across multiple workstream leads &mdash; onsites, supplier visits, internal syncs, and Navy stakeholder meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and track supplier engagements end-to-end: who's rolling on and off, when they're available, and which team member is covering each slot
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive the weekly update process &mdash; gather inputs from leads, write the narrative, make it look sharp, and distribute to the broader team
 </li>
 <li>
 Chase follow-ups and action items so leads don't have to
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage onboarding logistics: track hard badge and laptop requests and follow up on access issues until they're resolved
 </li>
 <li>
 Book domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Help plan and support team events and external gatherings
 </li>
 <li>
 Work autonomously and in close collaboration with teammates, government counterparts, and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage team calendars, prioritizing conflicting meeting requests, navigating team travel and out of office restrictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange business and other travel itineraries for core team events and members (includes coordinating team travel, tracking who is going onsite, calendaring, conference room bookings)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in-office customer visits and any on-site customer events (includes reserving of conference rooms, catering requests, badging, communications, scheduling, and more)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support external event planning and coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of business and personal transactions and submit expense reports for key team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle various matters with discretion and diplomacy (making reservations, running errands, scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, property upkeep, communicating with vendors, etc.)
 </li>

 On &amp; off-boarding new joiners
 </li>

 includes tracking and scheduling of 30/60/90 process (scheduling meetings between peep, people lead, and team lead)

 citizenship verification and customer badging process
 </li>

 Adding new joiners to team wide meetings and calendar events
 </li>

 Maintain on-boarding resources and team documentation
 </li>

 Understand the team and client landscape

 Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience.

 Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

 Strong written communication skills.

 U.S. citizenship required (program operates in classified and government-sensitive environments).

 Salary
 
 
 
 
 The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $97,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual&rsquo;s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.

 Talent Strategists at Palantir don't work from a boilerplate requisition list. They embed with their teams, learn what exceptional actually looks like for a given role, and hire the Engineers building the future.
 
 
 As a Technical Sourcer, you'll support that work. You'll partner with Talent Strategists and Hiring Managers to build the pipelines and manage the process for some of our hardest-to-fill roles. The job is equal parts research, relationship-building, and attunement &mdash; figuring out where the right people are, what's going to resonate with them, and how to get them in the door.
 
 
 This is a 12-month fixed term contract role. It moves fast, the priorities shift, and the standard is high. You will start with two weeks of onboarding before jumping into the deep end.

 Source passive candidates through direct outreach, referral networks, research, and sourcing tools. Continuously reassess what's working. The talent we need does not sit in obvious places, and the methods that worked last quarter may not work today.

 Review inbound applicants and referrals, screening candidates with a genuine eye for fit, not just credentials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the candidate experience from first outreach through to pre-offer stage. You're their main point of contact, and how you manage that relationship matters.

 Maintain meticulous candidate records within our ATS.
 </li>

 Share pipeline data and market insights with the broader Talent team proactively &mdash; not just when asked. Sourcing in a silo is sourcing that fails.
