The Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Designer who isn&rsquo;t afraid to wear multiple hats. You&rsquo;ll own design end-to-end&mdash;research, UX, UI, prototyping&mdash;and you&rsquo;ll also roll up your sleeves as a Product Manager, helping shape the roadmap and groom the backlog. If you&rsquo;re someone who loves turning messy, complex ideas into simple, beautiful user experiences&mdash;and can keep the product ship sailing&mdash;you&rsquo;ll fit right in.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
<ul><li>Design flows, wireframes, and interfaces that make complex products feel effortless.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering to bring designs to life.</li>
<li>Jump in as a product manager: write user stories, prioritize features, manage backlog.</li>
<li>Talk directly with users and translate feedback into action.</li>
<li>Think big picture but sweat the details.</li>
<li>Explore how GenAI and LLMs can unlock new product experiences.</li>
<li>Bring structure and clarity to ambiguity.</li>

Job Requirements</h3>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul>
<li>You&rsquo;ve shipped real products&mdash;ideally at a startup.</li>
<li>You can design and also think like a PM.</li>
<li>Experience with ecommerce or marketplace products is a plus.</li>
<li>Curiosity and comfort with AI/LLMs/GenAI.</li>
<li>You move fast, figure things out, and don&rsquo;t wait for someone else to hand you a spec.</li>
<li>Excellent communicator&mdash;clear in writing, design, and product thinking.</li>
