The Role</h3>
The Field Scientific Engineer &ndash; Contamination &amp; Filtration Technologies plays a critical, hands-on role in delivering advanced contamination control and filtration solutions to customers in the Energy sector (Oil &amp; Gas, Refineries, Polymers, and Chemicals).
You will independently lead on-site technical assessment surveys, identify process bottlenecks, design and execute contamination sampling and analysis campaigns, validate technologies through semi-industrial field testing, and translate data into clear technical recommendations and Pall solutions. This role combines strong scientific depth with field execution and direct customer engagement.
This position reports to the KSA Service Manager, is part of the Services Department, is based in KSA, and covers Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The role is primarily on-site, with significant field and customer exposure.<div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To</h3><ul><li>
Prepare and manage field activity documentation, including work protocols, JSAs, HIPs, and participation in HAZOPs as required ( 10%).</li><li>
Lead contamination sampling and analysis campaigns at customer sites, including:<ul><li>
Initial site visits and technical scoping</li><li>
Definition of service methodology and tools</li><li>
Technical review of commercial proposals (when required)</li><li>
Participation in kick-off meetings</li><li>
Execution of on-site field activities</li><li>
Preparation of daily updates and final technical reports 
( 75%)</li></ul></li><li>
Perform laboratory analyses and coordinate with global SLS laboratories for advanced testing and failure analysis, delivering clear technical conclusions and recommendations to improve contamination control and process performance ( 15%).</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Essential Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemical Engineering</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience as a Process or Chemical Engineer</li><li>
Previous field-based engineering experience</li><li>
Strong analytical, reporting, and customer-facing skills</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Travel &amp; Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Willingness and ability to travel extensively ( 70%), including overnight travel within the territory</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20 kg</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>
Experience in gas plants, petrochemical plants, or refineries</li><li>
Background with licensors or process solution providers</li><li>

The Technical coordinator is responsible for as the main interface between internal functions and client financial &amp; technical teams across KSA oil &amp; gas and petrochemical sites , primarily Aramco and SABIC . The role is focused on expediting and securing pending payments, supporting the execution of service projects and generating additional business opportunities (Leads) while on site.
This position reports to the KSA Field service manager and is part of the services located in Saudi Arabia and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>
Payment Expediting &amp; Collection (60%) : Track, follow up, and expedite pending payments from clients, mainly Aramco and SABIC . Understand Client&rsquo;s payments processes, approvals &amp; standard work. Report back to internal stakeholders. Liaise with Customer Service, Projects &amp; Service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with client finance and procurement departments .</li></ul>
Facilitate communication between Pall &amp; client&rsquo;s finance &amp; procurement representatives, including organizing meetings, escalations &amp; follow-ups<ul><li>
Technical Coordination (20%) : Support Services project execution by coordinating activities between site proponent, 3rd party contractors &amp; Pall&rsquo;s personnel. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during commissioning, start-up &amp; operation of Pall&rsquo;s equipment at site. Ensure compliance with client and industry safety standards.</li></ul><ul><li>
Site Engagement (20%): Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of client engagement. Travel to Aramco and SABIC sites 3&ndash;4 days per week.</li></ul>
The essential requirements of the job include:<ul><li>
Diploma&rsquo;s holder in a technical discipline. Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical is preferred with minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical or sales support role</li><li>
Saudi National - English proficiency a must</li><li>
Experience in payment follow-up and expediting with large industrial clients and familiarity with Aramco and SABIC site operations, protocols, and stakeholders</li></ul>
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role<ul><li>
Ability to travel &ndash; list specifics 70 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40 lb, any other physical requirements</li></ul>
