Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in multichannel marketing. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop innovative campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.</li><li>Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.</li><li>Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, ensuring engagement and growth.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.</li><li>Create compelling content for various channels, including email marketing, blogs, and website copy, leveraging strong copywriting skills.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support advertising sales initiatives.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the design of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Oversee e-commerce initiatives, optimizing product listings and enhancing user experience on WordPress sites.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in a marketing management role with a focus on digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of performance marketing techniques and multichannel marketing approaches.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML is preferred for website management tasks.</li><li>Experience with Google AdWords for managing paid advertising campaigns is highly desirable.</li><li>Background in budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in product management and understanding of the sales process within a marketing context.
