Content Design &amp; Marketing LeadLocation: In-Office (Dallas&ndash;Fort Worth)Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring a Content Design &amp; Marketing Lead to own the execution of our marketing content across our platform, our clients, and our channels.This is a hands-on role. You will personally design, build, and ship content &mdash; not just manage it. If you enjoy turning ideas into finished assets quickly, working across teams, and seeing your work actually used by real clients, you&rsquo;ll thrive here.Our company builds marketing and technology tools for the real estate industry. Much of the content you create will be used by our clients to market to their own clients, so clarity, accuracy, and execution matter more than artistic expression.What You&rsquo;ll DoHands-On Content Creation<ul><li>Design marketing assets including:</li><li>Social graphics, PDFs, email visuals, GIFs, and templates</li><li>Content primarily for digital, email, and social (with occasional print)</li><li>Design and ship content yourself when speed matters</li></ul>Campaign Execution<ul><li>Help create and execute:</li><li>Email campaigns</li><li>Social media campaigns</li><li>In-app marketing campaigns</li><li>Own projects from idea &rarr; creation &rarr; deployment</li></ul>Platform &amp; Dev Coordination<ul><li>Work directly with developers to:</li><li>Get content live inside our apps and platform</li><li>Ensure correct formatting, placement, and version control</li></ul>Social Media<ul><li>Run and post consistently on company social channels</li><li>Repurpose and adapt content efficiently</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work with graphic designers and video editors when needed</li><li>Maintain consistency across multiple clients and brands</li></ul>AI-Driven Workflow<ul><li>Actively use AI tools to increase speed and output</li><li>Strong prompting and AI experimentation are expected</li></ul>Organization &amp; Accuracy<ul><li>Maintain organized content libraries and templates</li><li>Ensure branding, client details, and content accuracy are correct</li></ul>Tools You&rsquo;ll Use<ul><li>Canva (advanced)</li><li>Figma</li><li>AI design and content tools</li><li>Project and task management tools</li><li>Collaboration tools with developers and designers</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Comfortable designing production-ready assets on your own</li><li>Creative and business-minded</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-starter who can work from a task list without hand-holding</li><li>Easy to work with and open to feedback</li><li>Willing to learn the real estate industry</li><li>Able to execute leadership decisions without pushback</li></ul>What This Role Is NOT<ul><li>Not a &ldquo;creative artist&rdquo; role</li><li>Not a role focused on personal design expression</li><li>Not a leadership or decision-authority role based on title</li></ul>We value execution, alignment, and shipping, not creative ego.Portfolio RequiredA portfolio is required.
