Now we need a true PPC Sniper, someone who lives and breathes local performance marketing and can own client ad results from strategy to attribution.This is not a media buyer role. This is a local growth operator position with hands-on precision and clear ownership.What You&rsquo;ll Do1. Meta Ads Management<ul><li>Build and launch local lead gen campaigns using proven frameworks (GBP push, authority ads, case study retargeting).</li><li>Master pixel tracking, event setup, and clear attribution inside both Meta and PBSEO dashboards.</li></ul>2. Google Ads Management<ul><li>Launch and manage search campaigns for local businesses.</li><li>Build tight keyword groups, conversion tracking, and clean reporting.</li><li>Implement call tracking and form tracking with accuracy.</li></ul>3. Tracking &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Install and verify Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google tags, and GA4 events.</li><li>Help clients correctly connect their CRM, Calendars, and lead forms so every conversion is trackable.</li></ul>4. Client Onboarding<ul><li>Lead PPC onboarding calls with clarity, confidence, and authority.</li><li>Walk clients through expectations, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.</li><li>Occasionally meet clients in person if needed (Brevard County or Orlando).</li></ul>5. Local Business Mastery You understand the psychology of local buyers, from roofers to chiropractors to jewelers.
