The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Qatar real estate market and be passionate about sales, client service, and achieving targets.Package &amp; Benefits:Commission Based (Depend on the Agreement)Company SIM card with planCRM account providedSupportive team environment with growth opportunitiesRequirements:- Valid QID with NOC (Mandatory)- Own car and valid driving license (Mandatory)- Own laptop- Minimum 6 months experience as a Real Estate Agent- Strong knowledge of the local real estate marketKey Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online marketing- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients- Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and transaction processes- Guide clients through closing and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately- Maintain regular communication with clients and build long-term relationships- Stay updated with real estate market trends, regulations, and opportunitiesPreferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred)- Real estate license is an advantage- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platformsSend your CV to:Email: Career@palmarealestate.qaPay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have Car and Driving License?</li><li>How many years Experience in Real Estate ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
