<div>Lead with purpose in the heart of hospitality. Palmas Restaurant Group is looking for a passionate Restaurant General Manager to help oversee and elevate our operations at Walt Disney World. 

As a General Manager, you&rsquo;ll lead with purpose&mdash;supporting our F&amp;B Director and guiding multiple restaurant teams to deliver outstanding guest service, food quality, and financial results. If you&rsquo;re a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments and wants to mentor future hospitality leaders, this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead daily operations across assigned restaurants.</li>
<li>Support and coach leadership teams.</li>
<li>Monitor guest satisfaction and team engagement.</li>
<li>Drive food quality, safety, service standards, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Manage budgets, food and labor costs, purchasing, and revenue goals.</li>
<li>Support vendor relations and product quality.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service guidelines.</li>
<li>Hire, train, and develop strong restaurant teams and leaders.</li>
<li>Oversee team scheduling, recognition, and performance coaching.</li>
<li>Foster strong communication and alignment across all locations.</li>
<li>Uphold Disney&rsquo;s 5-Keys and Palmas company values.</li>
<li>Perform additional tasks as assigned.</li>

 <div>Key Requirements
<ul><li>5+ years of food &amp; beverage experience.</li>
<li>3+ years of leadership experience; GM-level or above required.</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple units or theme park operations preferred.</li>
<li>Strong background in high-volume or upscale restaurant environments.</li>
<li>Proven success in team development and guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Excellent financial and operational management skills.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a State of Florida Food Safety Certificate and a Florida Responsible Vendors Certificate.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate in English.</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in kitchen, cooler, and outdoor environments.</li>
<li>Ability to carry, push, or pull equipment and food items weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Compliance with company appearance guidelines.</li>
<li>Ability to arrive for all assigned shifts on time</li>
