Job TypePT up to 40 hours per week in Maple RiverDescriptionThe Office Coordinator will perform the following duties:<ul><li>Answer the phones and two-way company radios.</li><li>Provide professional and courteous customer service to parents, school districts, drivers, monitors and external parties.</li><li>Assist the Site Manager with routing, scheduling, and daily operations of the terminal site. This may include but not limited to transportation coordination of extra-curricular activities and special education / early childhood.</li><li>Communicate with parents regarding issues and concerns. Communicating with drivers and aides.</li><li>Assist the Manager to ensure all driver files and necessary job-related training is documented and complete.</li><li>May have to cover school bus routes / assignments as needed. Must possess or have the ability to acquire a commercial driver's license within 90 days of employment.</li><li>May have to be required to clean busses if needed.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the terminal site.</li></ul>RequirementsSuccessful Candidates will be able to:<ul><li>Schedule and set priorities for work to be accomplished.</li><li>Have a working knowledge of phones, two-way radios, computers and electronic data processing to include Google Drive and Internet experience.</li><li>Be in possession of, or the ability to obtain, a valid Minnesota Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License with passenger, school bus and air brake endorsements. Must maintain once acquired.</li><li>Have written and verbal communication skills, and customer service skills are essential.</li><li>Be able to deal with problems and find solutions.</li><li>Be proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills.</li><li>Be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.</li><li>Be able to interact and communicate successfully with personnel at all levels.</li><li>Be able to work through demanding situations in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Be a self-starter with proven organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Be able to work in an organized manner while handling multiple tasks.</li><li>Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Be able to exercise confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and independent judgment in performance of duties.</li></ul>Salary Description21.00 - 23.00 /hourJob Type: Part-timePay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
