This is not just an office role - we're looking for a leader who is willing to get involved on the floor, with equipment-operating experience and a readiness to step in where needed. You'll oversee facility operations, manage P&amp;L, guide team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction, all while staying actively engaged in day-to-day operations.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations.</li><li>
Be a visible, hands-on leader with the ability to operate equipment when needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with standardized processes and company procedures.</li><li>
Monitor staff performance, motivate teams, and foster a culture of teamwork.</li><li>
Forecast and manage staffing levels; address operational and HR-related concerns effectively.</li><li>
Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees and supervisors to support professional growth.</li><li>
Oversee inventory control and cycle count accuracy.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
10+ years of management experience in Distribution/Logistics (3PL preferred).</li><li>
Equipment operation experience required; must be willing to work alongside team members when needed.</li><li>
Knowledge of P&amp;L and operational performance management.</li><li>
Strong computer proficiency.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field a plus, but not required with equivalent experience.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Desired Skills</h3><ul><li>
Proven ability to coach, train, and develop exempt and non-exempt associates.</li><li>
Strong understanding of safety practices and compliance.</li><li>
Experience with inventory control management.</li><li>
Excellent communication and motivational skills.</li><li>
Conflict resolution and problem-solving expertise.</li><li>
Ability to manage in a diverse and inclusive workplace.</li><li>
Track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiencies.</li><li>
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
