Today we seek a Maintenance Technician for our Lakefield Mews property, 395 apartment homes in Richmond, VA who <b>will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.</b><b> </b><b>The qualified applicant must have experience diagnosing and repairing residential/commercial HVAC systems. Applicants who lack this hands-on experience will not be considered for this position.</b></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><b><br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><div>
&#10004; <b>EPA Certified</b> &ndash; required certification for handling refrigerants</div><div>
&#10004; <b>HVAC expertise</b> &ndash; experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including heat pumps<br>
&#10004; <b>General maintenance skills</b> &ndash; plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more<br>
&#10004; <b>Problem-solving mindset</b> &ndash; a go-getter who takes initiative<br>
&#10004; <b>Team player</b> &ndash; work collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew</div><div>
&#10004; <b>Technology savvy</b> &ndash; able to use MS Office 365 platforms and have access to their own mobile device</div><div>
&#10004; <b>An excellent communicator- </b>Be proficient in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required. Bilingual is a PLUS!</div><div></div><p><b><br>
